The landscape of Bunker Hills regional park includes oak savannah, sand dunes and prairie and savannah restorations. A couple of unique natural resources and wildlife within the park including the Eastern Whip-poor-will, Woodcock, Eastern Hognose Snake, Pasque Flower and Burr Oak to name a few.
